About the role
Join Lilly’s Accelerated R&D Leadership Program as an MBA intern, supporting strategic projects that drive R&D business decisions. You will work cross‑functionally, present analyses to senior leaders, and help shape the future of innovative medicines.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and execute strategic vision by analyzing current state, presenting assumptions, and recommending objectives.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate business results, including budgeting, resource allocation, and mid‑course corrections.
Required profile
- Enrolled in an MBA program with expected graduation by August 2028.
- 3‑5 years of experience in clinical, academic, research, consulting, venture capital, or biotech environments.
