Marketing Manager, Partnerships

About the role

Runway is building AI-driven world simulation tools and seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and scale high‑impact partnership programs. This generalist role blends strategy and execution, focusing on creator, influencer, sponsorship, and co‑marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support marketing programs that drive demand and deepen presence among target audiences.
• Manage creator and influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and evaluate sponsorship opportunities.
• Design and execute co‑marketing campaigns with customers, technology partners, model providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Oversee the full program lifecycle: opportunity identification, brief development, outreach, execution coordination, performance tracking, and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with growth, creative, communications, events, product marketing, sales, business development, legal, and finance teams to ensure programs are on‑brand, operationally sound, and tied to business outcomes.

Required profile

• Commercially minded, highly organized, creative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• 4+ years building marketing, influencer, affiliate, or growth programs from 0 to 1.
• Proven experience managing external relationships with creators, sponsors, agencies, freelancers, or vendors.
• Strong judgment on brand fit, audience relevance, partner value, and operational trade‑offs.
• Ability to create structure from scratch while avoiding unnecessary process.
• Data‑driven mindset, able to link marketing initiatives to subscriptions, ARR, and enterprise pipeline influence.
