Marketing Events Specialist – North America

About the role

As the Marketing Events Specialist for the US, you will lead the execution of our American events calendar and shape the regional brand presence. Working closely with local sales teams and the global marketing team in the Netherlands, you will adapt messaging, drive field campaigns, and ensure our brand makes a strong impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute US events—including trade shows, conferences, and partner activities—from ideation through follow‑up.
• Manage local agencies, booth logistics, merchandise, and vendor relationships to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Support the US sales team with tailored presentations and marketing collateral aligned with global strategy.
• Adapt and guard the brand voice for American audiences, ensuring visual identity consistency across all channels.
• Facilitate cross‑border collaboration, sharing local insights with the Netherlands office.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, or technology.
• Proven track record in executing trade shows, field marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
• Collaborative mindset comfortable working with sales and international teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for events and customer engagements.
