Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to boost visibility and engagement for CTC's engineering and manufacturing initiatives. This remote position works closely with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content and drive program success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and manage marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, case studies, and digital content for websites and social media.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategy.
• Lead event planning and coordination for trade shows, webinars, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain marketing databases, project trackers, and content libraries while managing timelines and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or content management systems.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools and analytics software.
