About the role
The Manufacturing Production Supervisor leads the hourly workforce at our Fayetteville, NC plant, ensuring production output, quality, safety, and material flow meet departmental goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a production team to achieve plant objectives while fostering engagement and performance development.
- Manage daily production schedules, adjust resources, and coordinate with Materials, Scheduling, Logistics, and Maintenance to maintain a consistent workflow.
- Ensure safe working conditions through safety training, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Support plant leadership with recommendations for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and staffing decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree preferred or at least five years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with a proven record of achieving results and developing subordinates.
- Strong problem‑analysis, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict‑management skills.
