About the role

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville is seeking a Utilities Operations Power Plant Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of its power plant facilities. This position is part of the Facilities Management and Services division and is open to current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day utilities operations of the university’s power plant.
• Ensure reliable electricity generation and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with campus departments to support the university’s energy needs.

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees and graduate assistants).
• Interest in facilities management and utility operations.
