About the role

The Cleanroom Process and Operations Engineer will support technical research activities within the University of Arkansas' cleanroom facilities. This regular, day‑shift position focuses on maintaining and optimizing cleanroom processes to ensure reliable, high‑quality outcomes for research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and monitoring of cleanroom equipment and processes.
• Help maintain compliance with safety, quality and cleanroom standards.
• Collaborate with research teams to troubleshoot process issues.
• Document procedures and contribute to continuous‑improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Relevant experience or education in process engineering, manufacturing or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work on a day‑shift schedule and follow detailed protocols.
