Manager, Publisher Delivery – Commerce Media

About the role

The Manager, Publisher Delivery will lead the launch, integration and ongoing support of publishers within Mastercard's fast‑growing Commerce Media network. This role ensures operational readiness, drives publisher success, and continuously optimizes performance across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational readiness for publisher launches, platform enhancements and major changes, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned publishers, monitoring health, service levels and platform adoption while translating feedback into product recommendations.
• Manage issue escalation, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Improve support processes, drive automation and scalability, and mature the publisher support model as the business expands.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, service delivery, account operations, publisher operations, partner management or technical account management, preferably in retail media, SSP or ad‑tech platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across product, engineering, finance and commercial teams.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
