Manager, Paid Social – Subscriptions & Consumables

About the role

iRESTORE is looking for a hands‑on Manager, Paid Social to own and scale paid acquisition for its Subscriptions and Consumables categories across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging platforms. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will work closely with creative, product and agency partners to drive revenue, ROAS and CAC goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and new platforms, managing budget pacing and day‑to‑day optimization.
• Develop testing roadmaps for audiences, bidding, creative, landing pages and in‑platform opportunities.
• Partner with senior creative and agency teams to translate performance insights into new creative concepts.
• Identify post‑click optimization opportunities and collaborate with Digital Product on landing‑page testing.
• Produce weekly and monthly forecasts, communicate performance, and recommend budget or strategy adjustments.
• Establish reporting and automation to improve visibility and decision‑making speed.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of DTC digital marketing experience, with at least 4 years hands‑on in paid social and paid search.
• Proven track record of building and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads and experience with TikTok, Google and YouTube Ads.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets and attribution reporting.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and organized in a fast‑moving environment.
