Manager, Package and Technology Enablement

About the role

Deloitte Consulting LLP is seeking a Manager in Dallas to lead software advisory and implementation services, helping clients maximize technology investments. The role involves managing client relationships, guiding project delivery, and contributing to proposal development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with executives and sponsors, maintaining contacts with top decision makers at key clients.
• Lead aspects of proposal development, including pricing strategies and solution design.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery and the Software Development Life Cycle for UKG Dimensions, Workforce Central, and UKG Pro WFM implementations.
• Supervise teams, track milestones, and report status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote knowledge sharing within the team through community of practice contributions and blogs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, a STEM field, or related discipline (or Bachelor’s with 5 years progressive experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing SDLC projects and UKG implementations for enterprise clients.
• Ability to travel up to 50 % nationally and work in a telecommuting environment.

Required skills
