Associate Vice President, Software Engineering

About the role

The Associate Vice President, Software Engineering will support implementation and operations management across project workstreams for Deloitte's Customer team, helping clients enhance customer experiences through innovative strategies and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and operations management activities across project workstreams.
• Lead or support engagements involving systems implementation, operations, maintenance, helpdesk operations, and software application development.
• Produce deliverables and review team outputs for quality and accuracy.
• Guide junior professionals across assigned tasks and workstreams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Experience with state public assistance systems supporting eligibility, benefits determination, case management, or information management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel 0-20%.
