Manager Account Management – Remote (US)

About the role

Cartus is seeking a seasoned Manager of Account Management to lead client strategy and service delivery for US‑based customers on a fully remote basis. You will partner with senior leadership to design and execute account plans that drive revenue, profitability, and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account‑specific strategies, goals, and SLA metrics in collaboration with the Director.
• Oversee client policy compliance through audits, training, and coaching of operational teams.
• Schedule and lead annual (or as‑needed) client reviews, providing insights and identifying new opportunities.
• Manage client‑specific projects, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Track client satisfaction, SLA performance, and service recovery actions.
• Build senior‑level relationships, offering guidance on products, services, and operational challenges.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and support contract negotiations, including pricing and terms.
• Lead implementation discussions, develop proposals, and present solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cultural alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client strategy, or customer success.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account plans that meet revenue and profit targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Experience leading contract negotiations and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while fostering team collaboration.
