About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program as a Management Trainee in the Waterville area. You’ll begin your career learning every aspect of the car‑rental business while working at a local branch, gaining the skills needed to eventually run your own location.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line customer service and act as the public face of Enterprise.
• Handle day‑to‑day branch operations, including finance, inventory, and vehicle management.
• Develop sales and marketing initiatives to attract new business.
• Build relationships with the local community and business partners.
• Collaborate with mentors and managers to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, and business operations.
• Willingness to work a 45‑hour week and learn on the job.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
