Maintenance Technician – Novo Las Olas

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that all physical aspects of the Novo Las Olas property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position works on a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance across the high‑rise property.
• Diagnose defects, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new lease‑ups, handling pre‑move‑out tasks and ensuring units are ready for occupancy.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks on building systems and equipment.
• Willingness to work on‑call rotations and adhere to safety and procedural guidelines.
