Construction Superintendent – Light Industrial

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead light‑industrial projects in South Florida. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance for ground‑up commercial builds valued over $10M.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily construction operations for multiple light‑industrial, self‑storage, retail, multifamily, and healthcare projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality control, and budget constraints.
• Utilize construction software (e.g., Procore) to track progress, documentation, and communication.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a field superintendent on commercial ground‑up projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M or more.
• Familiarity with light‑industrial tilt‑wall construction preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
