Service Technician – Home Remodeling

About the role

As a Service Technician for home remodeling, you will join a fast‑growing national brand dedicated to simplifying home improvement. You will learn Renuity’s processes and quality standards, then travel to customers’ homes to install new products or repair existing ones while delivering A+ service.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply company processes and quality standards.
• Travel to customer homes across the service area to install or repair windows, doors, glass, baths, and other remodel items.
• Take preventative measures and promptly escalate any issues to the Service Department.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Explain equipment issues and repair options to customers in a clear manner.
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 lb safely, and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction.
• Experience with glass reglazing (training provided for additional skills).
• Background in bath, plumbing, or handyman work.
• Own truck and a full set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
