About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Assistant to support the Residential Learning Community on campus. The role blends hands‑on maintenance work with administrative duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for student residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring service requests are completed accurately and promptly.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce emergency repairs and inspect grounds, buildings, and equipment.
• Enter data, manage files, and assist with research projects related to property operations.
• Prepare units and rooms for occupancy, including general cleaning and reporting equipment issues.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall cleanliness of the community.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events and projects.
• Provide positive customer service to residents and contribute to favorable feedback.

Required profile
