Disposition Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a Disposition Specialist to help sell wholesale and wholetail real estate deals to investors and cash buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day.
• Build and manage investor and cash‑buyer relationships.
• Market wholesale and wholetail properties.
• Track buyers, offers, follow‑ups, and deal activity in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move deals from contract to close.
• Negotiate pricing and terms when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in real‑estate wholesale, wholetail, or disposition.
• Familiarity with InvestorBase, PropStream, Zenlist, and Salesforce.
• Strong phone sales, follow‑up, and negotiation abilities.
• Organized, fast‑moving, and comfortable managing multiple deals.
