Luxury High-Rise Leasing Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is the front‑line contact for residents, ensuring they feel valued from the first interaction through their entire tenancy. This role is critical to the financial health of each community by leasing available homes quickly to minimize vacancy loss and maximize net rent.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Manage daily leasing activities, including advertising units, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents in the property‑management software.
• Coordinate move‑ins, communicate maintenance needs, and handle rent payments and security deposits.
• Conduct market analysis, prepare leasing activity reports, and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience and one year of apartment leasing experience (lease‑up experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
