Assistant Community Manager - K1

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a stabilized residential community. You will work closely with the management team to ensure accurate accounting, timely rent collection, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, rent payments, fees, and other resident charges.
• Prepare monthly close‑out reports and financial statements.
• Perform bank deposits, account reconciliations, and disposition of funds.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management software.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the community.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in assistant community management or a similar property‑management role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple financial transactions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software (preferred).
