Maintenance Make-Ready Specialist

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Make-Ready Specialist to prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. You will work on a full‑time schedule, Monday through Friday, ensuring each unit meets the company’s quality standards before it is re‑leased.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to turn vacant units into market‑ready homes.
• Complete all repairs and improvements according to the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Ensure plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance systems are functional and up to standards.
• Address window and screen door issues and perform minor cosmetic fixes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, drywall repair, and appliance maintenance.
• Familiarity with window and screen door repairs is preferred.
• Ability to follow checklists and meet deadlines.
