About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage Group as a local CDL A or B delivery driver, delivering beer, wine and spirits from our distribution center to retail accounts. The role offers a $3,000 sign‑on bonus and a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle to deliver assigned orders safely and in compliance with federal DOT regulations.
• Unload, load and handle cases weighing 45‑65 lbs, collect payments, and reconcile receipts with delivery invoices.
• Maintain customer relationships, address concerns, and ensure confidential handling of account information.
• Complete required paperwork, including signed liquor‑law invoices and DOT driver logs.
• Inspect, clean and request routine maintenance for the delivery truck.

Required profile

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with 1‑2 years of related delivery experience.
• Ability to lift 45‑65 lbs frequently and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting and climbing in and out of the truck.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A or B.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver‑log requirements.
• Basic cash handling and receipt reconciliation.
