About the role

We are seeking a Legal AI Adoption Counsel to lead the responsible and practical integration of generative AI across a national law firm’s practices. The role sits within the client and innovation function, collaborating closely with attorneys, practice leaders, IT, professional development, training, research, marketing, and business development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the firm’s AI strategy into actionable workflows and tools for attorneys.
• Design and deliver practical training programs on generative AI usage.
• Measure and report the value generated for both attorneys and clients.
• Partner with IT and practice leaders to ensure compliant and secure AI deployments.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives that showcase AI‑enabled services.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of legal practice environments and client needs.
• Experience driving technology adoption within professional services.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholder groups.
