Leasing Professional – Village at Traditions

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Village at Traditions community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to conduct effective community tours and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage leasing workflows.
