About the role
The Leasing Professional for Arcadia at Veranda Falls will lead the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives. The role focuses on achieving high occupancy, revenue targets, and resident retention by managing the full leasing cycle and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
- Maintain resident satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
- Detail‑oriented approach to processing applications and preparing lease documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple leasing activities simultaneously.
