About the role

The Leasing Professional for Ample at First Creek is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. This role ensures a smooth move‑in experience and ongoing resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors, ensuring they meet company standards for presentation.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, calls, or thank‑you notes to secure lease decisions.
• Prepare renewal packages, contact residents before lease expiration, and ensure timely execution of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns or escalating issues as appropriate.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
