Leasing Professional – Arcadia at Veranda Falls

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Arcadia at Veranda Falls community in Port St. Lucie. In this role you will drive leasing, marketing and resident retention efforts to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong attention to detail for unit inspections and lease documentation.
• Ability to stay informed on local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
