Leasing Professional – River Terrace Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will join the River Terrace Apartments team in Eugene, providing exceptional customer service and driving lease conversions for a 280‑unit garden‑style community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours, and close leases.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience and handle resident concerns.
• Research comparable market data for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events and drive lease renewals.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, using social media and internet platforms to market available units.

Required profile

• Prior customer‑service experience with a sales focus, preferably in retail, insurance, or hospitality.
• Strong rapport‑building and communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor.
• Administrative experience such as office work, call‑center or data entry is welcome.
• Non‑traditional backgrounds are encouraged if they demonstrate outreach and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software (Yardi or OneSite) is desired.
