About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Broadstone Soren community in San Diego. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and process lease applications.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and handle renewal negotiations.
- Provide on‑call support and weekend availability as required.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of leasing experience.
- Experience on a single site; lease‑up experience is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on‑call duties.
