Leasing Professional for Lakeshore Villas

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for Lakeshore Villas. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, prospect data, and leasing metrics.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leasing activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
