Leasing Professional – Alta Town Center

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for Alta Town Center, a 336‑unit garden‑style community in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets throughout the lease‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Bilingual preferred – English and Spanish.
• Availability Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple leasing tasks.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and community‑level leasing strategies.
