Learning Solutions Consultant

About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Learning Solutions Consultant to join the Underwriting University team. This remote position reports to the VP, Learning Solutions and involves leading projects from definition through implementation and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small to moderately complex projects, defining problems, developing business cases, and managing post‑implementation review.
• Design and develop learning solutions across underwriting, sales, leadership and professional development using e‑learning, virtual delivery, AI‑enabled role plays, job aids and instructor‑led workshops.
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs, vendors and colleagues to assess needs, define objectives, evaluate options, design, test and continuously improve solutions.
• Establish project direction, success measures, governance and documentation in line with Zurich standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of communications or project management experience, or high school diploma with 8+ years of similar experience.
• Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration.
• Preferred: 5+ years designing learning solutions, insurance industry experience, strong analytical and communication skills, PMP certification.
