Lead Recruiter

About the role

Range is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own and drive hiring across go‑to‑market, operations, finance, and corporate teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to design recruiting strategies and improve processes as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for business roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
• Source and engage top talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
• Own and continuously improve recruiting process, tooling, and metrics reporting.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication at every stage.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership as a consultative talent partner.
• Mentor and guide other recruiters supporting business hiring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on business roles such as go‑to‑market, operations, finance, or corporate functions.
• Proven ability to hire top talent in competitive markets and improve recruiting processes.
• Advanced sourcing skills and experience building pipelines of passive candidates.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, sourcing tools, reporting).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in a high‑growth, venture‑backed startup environment is preferred.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Ability to generate and analyze recruiting metrics and reports.
