Talent Sourcer

About the role

Range is building AI‑powered wealth‑management solutions and needs a Talent Sourcer to drive top‑of‑funnel recruiting across multiple functions. You will identify, engage, and qualify high‑quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience at record speed.

Key responsibilities

• Own top‑of‑funnel sourcing for mission‑critical roles across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, product, and member experience.
• Proactively source candidates using creative outbound strategies and personalized outreach.
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure smooth hand‑off into the interview process.
• Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity, outreach, and pipeline health in the ATS.
• Experiment with new sourcing channels, messaging, and approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in a startup, high‑growth tech, or agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume pipelines across multiple role types.
• Strong written communication skills and a creative, resourceful approach to outreach.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities.

Required skills

• Comfort working with an ATS.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
