About the role
The Lead PMO Analyst will manage financial portfolio tracking, demand intake, and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered within cost and scope constraints.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end intake and demand process for all projects.
- Maintain accurate financial projections and reconcile actuals against forecasts.
- Identify and mitigate risks against portfolio constraints.
- Oversee portfolio balancing, resource allocation, and external spend tracking.
- Report portfolio progress, resource issues, and financial health to management.
- Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis.
- CAPM certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
