Large Law Customer Success Manager – Atlanta

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to partner with large law firms in the Atlanta area. In this role you will help legal professionals adopt LexisNexis drafting, research, analytics and AI‑powered workflow solutions, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large‑law firm accounts, driving adoption, retention and usage growth.
• Build trusted‑advisor relationships with key stakeholders and develop tailored success plans aligned with firm priorities.
• Guide firms in embedding drafting, research, analytics and AI‑driven workflow tools into daily practice.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Enablement on planning, renewals and expansion.
• Use customer health, engagement and usage data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
• Lead proactive change‑management initiatives to accelerate adoption and drive workflow transformation.
• Represent the voice of the customer by providing feedback to improve products and the overall experience.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Proven experience working with law firms, legal professionals or legal‑technology environments.
• Background in customer success, account management or related client‑facing roles.
