Field Solutions Consultant

About the role

As a Field Solutions Consultant you will act as a trusted advisor to legal professionals, helping them maximise the value of LexisNexis solutions. You will combine consultative expertise with sales collaboration to grow revenue and strengthen relationships across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative education and support to legal customers and prospects, ensuring optimal use of LexisNexis products.
• Partner with sales teams to develop strategic account plans and drive product preference.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and product specialists.
• Conduct competitor research, analyse findings and relay insights to product, segment and marketing teams.
• Gather feature and function requirements from customers and communicate them to product teams.
• Utilise required processes, tools and systems to track activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Experience in training, consulting or sales within a legal context.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex research assignments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
