Legal Research & Litigation Analyst

About the role

A growing U.S. litigation practice is looking for a highly motivated Legal Research & Litigation Analyst. The role suits a law graduate or licensed attorney interested in complex civil, commercial and corporate litigation. You will work closely with attorneys on substantive legal work such as legal research, drafting, case analysis and litigation support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using statutes, regulations, case law and court rules.
• Analyze and synthesize legal and factual materials, including pleadings, contracts, discovery documents and judicial opinions.
• Draft, review and revise legal memoranda, motions, briefs and correspondence.
• Support litigation strategy by providing legal analysis and identifying issues.
• Evaluate the relevance, precedential value and validity of legal authorities.
• Track court deadlines, filing requirements and internal timelines.
• Use legal technology and AI-assisted tools while independently verifying all outputs.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information professionally.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B., J.D. or equivalent); licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience working for a U.S.-based law firm.
• Proven experience in advanced legal research and legal drafting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of litigation processes and legal procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with legal research databases, legal technology platforms and AI-assisted research tools.
