Bilingual Immigration Operations Manager (English-Spanish)

About the role

Mangone Law Firm, a New Jersey-based immigration law firm founded in 2012, is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager to oversee the legal production line. The role keeps cases moving smoothly through every stage, removes bottlenecks before they affect clients and raises both the quality of work and the productivity of the team. The position requires bilingualism in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line so cases move smoothly through every stage.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks quickly to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.
• Drive team growth, improving the quality of work delivered and overall productivity.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
• Work closely with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals and Attorneys to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Propose and implement process improvements that strengthen the operation over the medium and long term.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience leading teams or operations, ideally in high-volume, process-driven environments such as call centers, BPOs, service firms or legal.
• Experience in the immigration or legal field is a big plus, though not required.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish).
• Proven experience managing production lines or workflows, able to spot and remove bottlenecks and anticipate operational risks.
• Leadership that raises both quality and productivity, with analytical, process-driven thinking and excellent communication skills.
