Kronos Senior Business Analyst Lead

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a senior Business Analyst Lead to drive the upgrade from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management, consolidating multiple instances and ensuring seamless integration with PeopleSoft HRMS.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for the UKG Pro upgrade and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive test scripts covering business scenarios.
• Lead data extraction, cleansing, reformatting, and migration from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro.
• Provide leadership to Kronos analysts, overseeing testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with system integrators and PMO on integrations between UKG and PeopleSoft using Boomi.
• Validate configuration of pay rules, union/CBA rules, and payroll processing.
• Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and risks with the Program Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead on Kronos or UKG Pro implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a collaborative team.
