K-12 Math Success Lead – North/West Texas

About the role

The Success Lead joins Great Minds’ Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective implementation of K‑12 math curricula across North and West Texas. Working remotely, the role involves building strong relationships with district and school leaders, developing implementation plans, and providing on‑site coaching to improve student outcomes. Travel up to 50% of the time is required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic district partnerships and serve as the primary implementation relationship owner.
• Collaborate with district and school leaders to design and execute implementation plans, offering resources, professional learning, and change‑management support.
• Provide on‑site coaching, data review, assessment support, and facilitate professional learning networks.
• Track implementation metrics, report insights to leadership, and recommend instructional improvements.
• Partner with sales teams to expand adoption, contribute content expertise, and represent Great Minds at conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in education, including at least 3 years as a school leader or instructional coach.
• Proven experience managing strategic district partnerships and implementing high‑quality, knowledge‑rich curricula.
• Demonstrated ability in educational consulting, site‑based leadership, and professional‑learning facilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within Texas.
