Junior Intercompany Accountant

About the role

The Junior Intercompany Accountant will support month‑end closing activities and various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assigned ICO month‑end closing activities and related accounting tasks.
• Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation accurately and on time.
• Generate reports and relevant documentation for internal use.
• Support performance metric (KPI) reporting to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and requests as needed.

Required profile

• Technical High School diploma or currently enrolled in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6‑12 months of experience in finance or accounting preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, charts, and formulas.
• English proficiency at a B1+ level.
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
