Junior HR Management Trainee Program

About the role

Join Bosch’s high‑visibility HR Junior Management Trainee Program, a full‑time rotational development experience designed to fast‑track recent graduates into HR leadership. Over the course of the program you will work across core HR functions, gain strategic exposure, and develop a global perspective through a short‑term international assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through approximately four HR functional areas, taking ownership of real projects in talent management, HR business partnering, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
• Partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Leverage data and emerging AI/HR‑tech tools to improve talent analytics, process automation, and overall HR operations.
• Complete a short‑term international assignment to build global business acumen and cross‑cultural fluency.
• Participate in structured leadership development, mentorship, and executive exposure throughout the program.
• Present learnings and recommendations to senior leadership at key milestones.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• 3 years of professional experience, ideally within or adjacent to HR.
• Willingness to relocate domestically and complete a short‑term international assignment.
