HR Service Intern – Year‑Round Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's HR Service Department as a year‑round intern and become the first point of contact for associates across the US and Canada. You will support a range of HR topics, from compensation and benefits to training, payroll, and HR technical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist associates and managers with HR inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Support the deployment of HR initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners and Process Owners.
• Educate users on HR processes and technical tools.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to resolve escalated requests.
• Communicate daily with customers and provide real‑time problem solving.

Required profile

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Human Resources.
• Available to work 35‑40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, for a one‑year internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and at least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Positive customer‑service attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to navigate web‑based systems and technology platforms.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
