HR Talent Development Intern – 6‑Month Internship

About the role

Join Bosch’s North American corporate HR team as an HR Talent Development Intern. You will support talent development, learning and training initiatives while gaining exposure to strategic HR projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in talent development information events to drive impact.
• Support content updates and marketing platforms (Viva Engage, SharePoint, MailJet, Canva, Synthesia) used to inform associates about talent development processes, tools, and resources.
• Collect, organize and publish content for learning program initiatives such as talent pools, rotational development programs, and annual Dialog Days.
• Assist in the preparation and follow‑up of regional talent review meetings to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Help plan, coordinate and execute talent development and training programs.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program with interest in HR and talent development.
• Ability to work hybrid, with approximately three onsite days per week during the summer and a flexible schedule during the academic year.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
