Sr. HR Service Intern (Year‑Round)

About the role

Join Bosch's HR Service Department as a Sr. HR Service Intern and help deliver the HR Service Vision of caring, understanding, and resolving employee needs across the US and Canada. You will support associates on topics such as compensation, benefits, training, HR systems, and payroll while collaborating with HR Business Partners and Process Owners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for associates, answering HR‑related questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist with the deployment of HR initiatives and educate managers and employees on HR processes and tools.
• Navigate and support web‑based HR platforms, including compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
• Communicate daily with internal customers, providing real‑time problem solving and escalating to other HR teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Required profile

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Human Resources.
• Ability to work 35‑40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, for a one‑year internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Positive customer‑service attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 18 years of age.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience navigating web‑based systems and technology platforms.
