About the role
Bright Data is looking for a proactive IT Ops / Helpdesk Specialist to be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance. You will support Windows and macOS environments, manage user identities, and ensure a smooth onboarding and off‑boarding experience in a hybrid work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows and macOS devices, both on‑site and remotely.
- Manage user accounts, access, and authentication via Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and SSO.
- Administer SaaS applications, handling provisioning, licensing, and permissions.
- Own the employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing devices and configuring accounts.
- Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and conference room equipment.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace at a basic admin level.
- Track tickets in the helpdesk system, meeting SLAs and keeping users informed.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and IT Operations on security best practices, patching, and endpoint protection.
- Contribute to IT projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows and macOS endpoints in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of Okta and Microsoft Entra ID lifecycle management.
- Experience administering Google Workspace and SaaS applications.
