Software Engineer

About the role

DocuSign is seeking a highly motivated Frontend Software Engineer to join its Commerce Platform team. You will work closely with a small group of engineers to build, test, and maintain user‑focused experiences across ecom.docusign.com, app.docusign.com, and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality, user‑centric interfaces using React and Node.js.
• Build, maintain, and scale a robust UI architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following industry best practices.
• Develop comprehensive automated tests (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) to ensure reliability.
• Operate within an Agile environment, leveraging CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Highly motivated frontend engineer with a passion for computer science and engineering.
• Experience working in small, cross‑functional development teams.
• Ability to contribute as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively.
• Comfortable working in an Agile development process.
