Integration Developer – Enterprise & Cloud Solutions

About the role

Fathom Management is seeking an experienced Integration Developer to design, develop, and support scalable integrations across enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments. The role covers the full integration lifecycle—from design and development through testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support—working with both internal and third‑party systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end‑to‑end integration solutions spanning backend services, APIs, integration layers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and enterprise integration platforms.
• Implement secure RESTful and enterprise APIs, applying integration patterns such as event‑driven, asynchronous, pub/sub, ESB, and iPaaS.
• Develop data mapping, transformation, and orchestration solutions across heterogeneous systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and monitor integration performance in production.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on software development using Java, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API design.
• Experience with RESTful services, SOAP or GraphQL and API security (OAuth2, JWT, SAML).
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Solid experience across the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and multi‑environment deployments.
