IT Business Transformation Lead – Project Manager

About the role

The IT Business Transformation Lead will work closely with department leadership to design, track, and implement transformational initiatives that improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify IT process improvement areas, develop strategies, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Conduct process, SOP, risk, and SLA reviews to uncover risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present business cases, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Assist in due‑diligence and operational reviews, compiling departmental priorities and monitoring key initiatives.
• Design and implement scorecards for productivity, service levels, quality, risk, and transaction costs.

Required profile

• MBA preferred with a minimum of 10 years of business experience.
• LEAN certification or Six Sigma training.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience managing large IT programs and high‑pressure environments.
